Material Work, LLC offers services including 1:1 consulting sessions and group webinars. All services are consulting in nature — implementation is the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Booking & Payment

Full payment information is required at the time of booking. Webinar spots are non-transferable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

1:1 Sessions

Cancellations made 48+ hours before the session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. You may reschedule once at no charge with 24 hours notice. No-shows are non-refundable.

Recording & Replay

1:1 sessions are not recorded without explicit mutual consent. Webinars may be recorded at Material Work, LLC's discretion. If recorded, replay access will be communicated at the time of registration. Participants may not record any session or webinar without prior written consent.

Confidentiality

Material Work, LLC will not share individual client information with any third party without explicit consent. Webinar participants should be aware that other participants are present and should share accordingly.

Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and content provided in connection with any session or webinar are the property of Material Work, LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

All services provide guidance and recommendations only. Material Work, LLC is not responsible for outcomes resulting from actions taken or not taken following any session or webinar. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County.
